This respected political science teacher and hall of fame coach will run an open, honest, and determined campaign void of cynicism, distortion or negativism. Rich Decker believes we need to develop an ongoing partnership with every other level of government.

Commitment is no stranger to Rich, thus voters can expect him to devote himself to those causes that will directly help his constituents, the Rochester community, and the state as a whole.  His focus is on the issues which include (1) Health Care (2) Educational Funding (3) Property Tax Relief (4) University Center in Rochester
